March 13: Jay White took some pictures of our weekly Flames of War games. Players enjoy one-on-one matchups as well as our huge mega-battles.

Keawe made some roads to augment Anthony's resin buildings and Leadership2's gaming terrain. A fearsome array of German AT power put the hurt on advancing American vehicles. 105mm howitzers made things even tougher on the American troops. Here's a model's eye view of the German defensive line.

StuG F/8s take shots from behind cover. Players brought a good mix of Axis & Allied armies. Only one table wound up playing "blue on blue". Here's another shot of the games in progress. Over on the left you can see Finn clarifying some rules—we are always on hand to help out new players! A horde of Russian infantry holds its own against advancing German tanks.

British forces defend against an armored company of the Afrika Korps. A line of advancing Panzers is a fearsome sight... ...but the wide-open space of the desert provides little cover from British guns. Another Russian Strelkovy Battaljon holds the line against German Panzergrenadiers.
